Eligibility for Returns

  1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Scalable Vector Graphics (SVGs) and other downloadable content are final. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Physical Products: If you have purchased a physical product (e.g., printed merchandise) from our store, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in the original packaging.
    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items (if applicable)
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
