Eligibility for Returns
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Scalable Vector Graphics (SVGs) and other downloadable content are final. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Physical Products: If you have purchased a physical product (e.g., printed merchandise) from our store, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
